The Carpet Cushion Council is dedicated to promoting the use of better quality
carpet cushion in all markets in which its members operate – primarily the residential and commercial carpet markets. The Council also works to increase trade awareness of the value and benefits of quality carpet cushion.
The Council also acts as the industry representative in matters relating to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) and other federal, state and local regulatory bodies.
